History and Vision
Omenaa Foundation is a charitable non-governmental organization initiated by Omenaa Mensah and a good angel. The foundation primarily works to support education in the broadest sense. We support the education of street children in Africa who do not have access to it, but we also help the most needy children in Poland, such as wards of orphanages or foster families, organizing computer equipment for them, the lack of which not only limits horizons and makes learning difficult, but even impossible in the case of remote education.
Objectives of the Foundation
The main objectives of the foundation are based on values that form the foundation of a modern and prosperous society. Each of these values was born in Omena's heart as a result of her life experiences and today determines the main directions of the foundation's activities. These are: education, tolerance, and cooperation.

Education
From an early age, Omenaa heard from her dad: "Cars, houses or jewelry can be lost. What we have in our heads, no one can take away from us." This conviction shaped her life path and today is the foundation of our foundation's mission.
We believe that education is the most valuable tool you can give a child, which is why we focus on supporting education where it is still difficult to access - especially in the poorest regions of Africa. It's not food, clothing or disposable gifts that change the future, but the real opportunity to learn that opens the door to independence. A good education allows young people to decide their own lives, build independence and create a better future for themselves and their communities. Our goal is for every child, regardless of where they were born, to have the opportunity to gain the knowledge that will give them the power to change their destiny.

Diversity and art
Omenaa, due to her origin and skin color, especially as a child, repeatedly experienced unpleasant situations resulting from intolerance. This has led her to attach such great importance to building respect for every person, regardless of their origin, skin color, orientation, religion or material status.
Our mission is to build a world where diversity is a value and art has the power to bring people together, develop imagination and raise funds for aid initiatives. We believe that tolerance does not exist without education. It is the lack of knowledge that breeds fear of what is different, and fear often turns into prejudice, hejt and aggression. Education is not just learning facts. It's also shaping openness, understanding and empathy.

Cooperation
As an experienced businesswoman, Omenaa sees great potential for business development in Africa. Her ambition is to build bridges between Poland and African countries and foster cooperation on many levels: business, social and cultural.
We believe that only true partnership brings lasting and valuable results. However, a prerequisite for fruitful cooperation is a thorough understanding of the partners and an understanding of their capabilities, limitations, needs and local context. Such an approach allows us to create relationships based on trust and mutual benefit, which have a chance to last and make a real difference.
We operate all over the world!
