Christmas meeting at Gertrude School

After Christmas Eve at Kids Haven School, it was time for a Christmas gathering at the home of our friends studying at Gertrude School. The children greeted us very enthusiastically, looking forward to decorating the school and the Christmas tree together. After a few moments, our little gnomes took over and, together with their teachers, were preparing the facility to meet the foundation's Santa Claus. Our charges constantly checked the progress of the work giving valuable tips to the adults while decorating the Christmas tree.

Santa's helpers, after checking the decorations, invited everyone to share a meal. The Christmas atmosphere was shared by young and old. During the meal, the din of amused children's voices could be heard, as they eagerly awaited presents from Santa Claus.

Listening to Christmas songs, it was time to hand out gifts from the foundation's Santa Claus. He had many gifts to hand out. Fortunately, his little gnomes came to the rescue, bravely delivering gifts to the children indicated by Santa. Our energetic charges opened their packages in search of more Christmas surprises.

The Christmas meeting at the school was also a summary of the year-long cooperation with the tireless Gertrude, who devotes every free moment to her students. We are very impressed by her and the children's commitment. Their positive energy and eagerness to help shows us how important it is to support such facilities that develop and educate the local Ghanaian community on a daily basis.
