Construction of a sports and arts complex in Kiernozia

The Youth Sociotherapy Center in Kiernozi (Łowicz County) currently houses about 80 boys who come from families affected by parenting crises, poverty or orphanages. The facility currently lacks adequate sports infrastructure, so physical education classes are held in corridors.

How did our cooperation begin? In response to an invitation from one of the educators, Omenaa Foundation organized a Day of Tolerance at the center - an educational and integrative event. After this visit, the foundation decided to get involved in improving the living conditions and development of the boys by building a modern sports and art complex. In the future, there will also be an ArtRoom space where therapies will be carried out. 

On June 13, 2025, there was a ceremonial laying of the cornerstone for a sports and arts complex in Kiernozia. Among the invited guests were Kuba Blaszczykowski, Krzysztof Diablo Włodarczyk and Grzegorz Gabor Jędrzejewski, who led the ceremony. The construction includes a sports hall with a multipurpose field, a gym and an art space. The complex will be used for both physical fitness and creativity. The project is supported by Omenaa Foundation, Omenaa Art Foundation and strategic partners StradaBud, Triggy, EcoRun, Center for Indoor Construction. Completion is scheduled for spring 2026.
